There was an entry I made months ago. and NO i haven't done any of them. Shocks. ( But I do plan to start going to the gym tomorrow. It's the best treatment for CFS along with "talk" treatment)

News Flash:

I'm back to being Catholic again. **hurray**
I am not in UST anymore. I didn't get debarred mind you. I just pursued a certain passion of mine.
My classes start on Monday.
Hrrm, what more can I say?
Oh yeah...This is going to be my inspirational journal. I have a personal journal somewhere. [Clue: the blogging service is pretty new.]

- to establish good sleeping habits (9:00pm sharp)
- study for Logic (haha, advanced preparation)
- have a quiet time for both mornings and evenings. i have yet to think of a time.

You can't look to others to provide you with a better sense of self. Another person can't complete you -- you must form your own identity and love your imperfections. Only then will others see you for who you really are.


I used to NOT believe in this kind of stuff but having read this is like a major ....* I can't find the word to describe it*
